Our directors provide unmatched technical expertise in the areas of finance, project management, business communication, monitoring and evaluation, research, legal consulting, and policy analysis. With international qualifications from the United States, the United Kingdom and Pakistan, our directors are hands-on and highly motivated experts with a long history working closely with our leadership. Nearly all of our directors have master’s degrees and extensive Afghanistan experience across a diverse set of industries.


Mr Yasir Shakoor (ACPA) has more than six years of professional work experience in Afghanistan and Pakistan.Mr Shakoor’s experience includes serving as the Internal Audit Advisor and Lead Trainer for Afghanistan’s Ministry of Finance’s Internal Audit Department (World Bank Audit Training Project), where he developed the legal framework for the application of the internal audit procedures and its implementation for all Afghan government entities.

He also led the two-year World Bank Certified Accounting Technician(CAT) building the capacity of more than 70 mid-level employees of MoF working in various departments. He was the audit supervisor for Rafaqat and Babar- a leading accounting firm in Pakistan and was involved in multiple statutory and internal audits of private sector companies and the public sector. He has been an ACCA and CAT lecturer in various educational institutes in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Mr. Shakoor is certified Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) and is completing his ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certificate. He is fluent in English, Pashtu, Urdu, and Dari.


Mr. Najibullah Shukoor is working as Senior Procurement Director for Afghanistan Holding Group. Mr. Shukoor has completed his Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration from Sudershan College of Management and Research in India and has completed his Masters’ degree in Business Administration from business school of eLearn Ever Academy, Swedeen. Partially completed his BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the American University of Afghanistan. He has also received numerous training programs inside and outside of the country Mr. Shukoor has more than 10 years of professional work experience in both private and public sectors in Afghanistan. He has worked as Agribusiness Development Officer, and Institutional Capacity Building Specialist with DAI in the USAID funded project IDEA-NEW, Capacity Development and Training Director with Afghanistan Civil Service Institute on the USAID funded Project ACSS, Training and Quality Assurance Consultant with Deloitte in USAID funded project ACSS, Program Coordinator with BearingPoint in USAID funded project CDP, Training Coordinator with World Bank funded project in Ministry of Education, External Relations Officer and Voter Information Center Supervisor with UN in the first parliamentary elections in Afghanistan and Project Assistant with BBC World Services Trust since 2005. Mr. Shukoor is specialized in project management, operations, capacity development and monitoring and evaluation. Mr. Shukoor is fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English.


Mr. Parwiz Sayedzada (DBA, BBA, and MBA), is a Director Of Operations for Afghanistan Holding Group (AHG). Mr. Sayedzada has more than nine years of professional experience in private sector. Mr. Sayedzada received his Diploma in Business Administration from National Institute Of Management and Administration (NIMA), however He awarded with two years diploma by the University of Jyvaskyla Finland In accounting section, finished BBA In Maiwand Institute Of Higher Education.Mr. Parwiz Sayedzada almost finished his MBA in Dunya University of Afghanistan and currently working in his Thesis. He is fluent in Dari, Pashto, English and speaks Urdu.


Mr Mohammad Omar Nawabi with (BCS) is currently working as Director for Afghanistan Holding Group (AHG). Mr Mohammad Omar Nawabi has received his bachelor degree in Computer Science from Bakhtar University and has attended many training courses in the field of Telecommunication, ISP, Core Network and Evaluation for Development inside and outside of the country. Mr Mohammad Omar Nawabi has more than nine years of professional work experiences in the field of telecommunication with international organizations and as well as with the government of Afghanistan. Mr Nawabi is fluent in Dari, English and speaks Pashto and Urdu.


Mr. Sherafgan Ali Zeb, (ACCA, CIA) is Audit Director for the Afghanistan Holding Group working in AFS division of the company. He has more than nine (9) years of professional work experience in public accounting firms including Big4 firm KPMG, auditing national as well as multinational companies in diverse sectors including Manufacturing, Banks and Financial institutions, Construction, Governmental and Non-Governmental organizations. He is fluent in English, Urdu and speaks Pashto.Mr. Sherafgan Ali Zeb has completed Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification from SKANS School of Accountancy, Islamabad and became ACCA member in 2011. Mr Sherafgan Ali Zeb is also a member of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).


Mr Jalaluddin Sediq, (BA) is Compliance Services Director for the Afghan Holding Group working in ACS division of the company. He has more than five years of professional work experience at national and international companies. He is fluent in Dari, Pashto and speaks English and Hindi.

Mr Jalaluddin Sediq has completed his Bachelor of Arts from Punjab University in Chandigarh India. Mr Sediq is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of South-wales online program.
